This stunning necklace features a beautiful Australian Opal Doublet. This beautiful stone has been backed with darker material to bring out the best colours in the opal, it has flashes of blue, aqua and green. 
This stone has been set in sterling silver and hangs from a sterling silver chain. The chain measures: 18" the pendant drop is 1.5" the necklace has been hallmarked at the Edinburgh Assay Office and bears my makers mark. 
 
Opal doublets must be treated with care, avoid getting them soaked as it will damage the opal backing, avoid knocking as this can crack the opal.
