Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is not an acceptance of the order nor is it a confirmation of our offer to sell. An order is deemed to be an offer by the customer to purchase items on our website and is subject to acceptance by us.
We may choose not to accept an order for any reason. Payment of any order is required before it is despatched. Once an order has been accepted by us, paid for by you and despatched the contract between us is deemed to be concluded.
Payment can be made by PayPal or by personal cheque. Cheques must clear before we will ship the good sold to you.
You must ensure that your personal details, including the address for delivery, are complete and accurate.
We reserve the right to alter or withdraw products given on this website at any time. We shall endeavour that all orders are met. We do not, however, guarantee the availability of any product at any time. You acknowledge that sometimes products may be withdrawn or discontinued. We shall make every effort to update the website at all times.
Commissions and Personalised Items
For commissions and personalised items please contact me to discuss your requirements.
I do not offer refunds for personalised items, please ensure at the time of ordering is that all of the information you provide is accurate and correct. The cooling off period and right to cancel do not cover contracts for goods made to your specification (custom-made).
Delivery costs are clearly displayed before finalising your order. Delivery of the products shall take place at the delivery address entered on your order. I always use Royal Mail First Class Delivery.
All International and European orders are sent First Class Airmail, if you require a trackable service please contact me for a price.
We aim to ship within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Where this is not possible due to volume of orders, all orders will be shipped within 72 hours of receipt of the order and payment. PRICE AND PAYMENT
Unless otherwise agreed between you and us, the price for the products shall be the price advertised upon your login on the website as published on the date of the order.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
In the event that any order is incorrect, the customer must notify us within 14 (fourteen) days after delivery. We abide by the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR). If we made a mistake or if the product is faulty or damaged, the product shall be returned to us at our cost (first class). Please obtain a free proof of posting from the Post Office and please ensure that the good are packaged adequately to protect against damage. We will send a replacement at our own cost.
If you wish to return an item for any other reason (unwanted, not as you thought, changed your mind), In this circumstance, the customer agrees to pay for the postage to return the goods to us as per the DSR. This cost shall not be refunded. When returning the items, please obtain a free proof of posting from the Post Office and please ensure that the good are packaged adequately to protect against damage. Please ensure correct postage is paid - we will not pay the fee to obtain a package returned without correct postage. If a refund is due, the refund or a credit note will be processed within 14 days to the cost of the goods being returned.
If you fail to return the goods.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This policy does not affect your legal rights, for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
ABOUT THE BEADS
Please note that the beads I use (either glass or gemstone) can either be handcut or handcrafted. As such they may contain imperfections. All glass beads are fully kiln annealed for strength and durability, despite this they are still glass and should be treated as such. These beads are not designed for children, they are not toys and should not be treated as such, Soul Silver claims no responsibility for accidents arising from the misuse or improper treatment of its works.
IMPORT TAXES AND DUTY
The buyer is liable for all duty, tax and other import charges as may arise on international purchases.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION The agreement between you and us shall be governed by the law of Scotland and you and we shall both submit to the jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
SHIPPING and RETURNS
All parcels are sent out via Royal Mail First class, if you wish to discuss alternative postal methods (including insured delivery) please contact Sally at firstname.lastname@example.org All overseas parcels are sent via Royal Mail AirMail service.
You are entitled to return any product within 14 days for any reason and obtain a full refund once the items are received. (excluding postage) Earrings must be in the original packaging and unworn. Due to the personalised nature of Tag necklaces these are non refundable.
